Job summary

Kittle Property Group in San Antonio, TX seeks an on-site operations assistant for an apartment community. You will help manage applications, show units, assist with leases and renewals, and support the property manager with leasing and maintenance tasks.

This role requires weekend availability and occasional evenings. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience, basic math and MS Office skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret simple graphs.
• Beginner MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications, re-certifications and provide required information to compliance.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager in overseeing leasing and maintenance staff.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist manager with rent collection, ledgers and deposits.
• Assist manager with resident relations and enforce community rules.
