Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Basic math, rates, ratios and percentages.
• Reasoning with a few variables and common sense.
• MS Office familiarity (beginner level).

Responsibilities

• Process new applications, re-certifications and provide information to compliance department.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager in overseeing leasing and maintenance staff.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, rent ledger, bank deposits and petty cash records, delinquent rents, evictions, and curb appeal.
