Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site team member to assist with daily apartment community operations in San Antonio, TX. This role handles applications, shows apartments, and supports leasing and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include processing renewals and leasing agreements, assisting with marketing, rent collection, and compliance. Weekend work and possible evenings are required as part of our service commitments to residents and owners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in leasing or property operations preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak and interpret basic information clearly.
• Basic math, rate, ratio and percentage understanding.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Office is expected at a beginner level.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications, re-certifications and provide required information to compliance department.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager in overseeing leasing and maintenance staff.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist manager with rent collection, rent ledger, bank deposits and petty cash records, delinquent rents, evictions, maintaining curb appeal, etc.
• Assist manager in providing account information to the regional supervisor and credit agency.
• Assist manager with resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
