Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is hiring for an on-site leasing assistant at an apartment community in San Antonio. You will process applications, show apartments to prospective residents and help with lease negotiations, renewals, and rent collection.

You will also assist the property manager with leasing and maintenance staff, support marketing activities, and ensure compliance with policies and community rules. This role requires a valid driver's license and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic information.
• Basic math, ratios and percentages understanding.
• Ability to follow instructions with common sense.
• Beginner experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications and re-certifications.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, ledgers, deposits and petty cash.
• Provide account information to regional supervisor and credit agencies.
• Enforce community rules and resident relations.
• Other duties as assigned.
