Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a capable on-site operations assistant to support property management at our Houston apartment communities. You will assist with applications, show apartments, process leases, and manage leasing tasks.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least one year of related experience, and basic MS Office skills. You will work with maintenance staff, assist with marketing and rent collection, ensure compliance, and help deliver a positive resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related property management experience.
• Strong reading, writing and math abilities.
• Good communication and customer service skills with residents.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications, re-certifications, and provide information to compliance.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Support marketing and leasing activities.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, ledgers, deposits, and delinquent rents.
• Help with resident relations and enforcing community rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
