Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Ogden, UT, is seeking a Property and Asset Management Analyst 2 to manage records, inventories and property closeout in support of government contracts. You will maintain compliance with FAR/DFARS and DoD requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare asset reports.

The role features a 9/80 schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree with related experience and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance; forklift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years related experience; Master's and 0 years of experience; four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience with FAR Government Property Regulations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance
• Experience with warehouse operations
• Experience with ERP or similar systems
• Ability to obtain a license to drive a forklift

Responsibilities

• Tag and create records.
• Receive material and tagged assets.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Provide various material and tagged asset reports.
• Maintain and dispose of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations.
• Coordinate with other NG departments to ensure the timely closeout of property.
• Maintain records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed.
• Conduct physical inventory.
• Perform property record reviews and inventory updates in property database system.
• Interact frequently with both internal and external customers.
• Assist with property audits and Contractor Self-Assessment activities.
• Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members as necessary.
