Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Property and Asset Management Analyst to support Government Property requirements at the Sacramento (McClellan) facility. The role emphasizes compliance with FAR 52.245-1 and associated PrOP procedures.

The candidate will coordinate with the program office, ensure property records accuracy, and liaise with government customers while contributing to policy development and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years’ experience in Property/Asset Management or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Experience operating hand pallet jack
• Experience operating basic hand and power tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• A current/active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s or higher-level Degree(s)
• Experience in Government Property/Asset Management
• Forklift experience
• Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Government / Customer Property Administrator (PAO) for select programs.
• Maintain property accountability records and determine condition.
• Arrange disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
• Prepare periodic and special purpose reports.
