Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Property and Asset Management Analyst 2 in Ogden, UT to manage government property records, conduct physical inventories, and support audits. The role requires adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations and collaboration across internal teams for property closeouts.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with related experience; DoD Secret clearance eligibility; and experience with ERP systems like SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years related experience; Master’s and 0 years of experience; four additional years of experience may be substituted.
• Experience with FAR Government Property Regulations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance
• Experience with warehouse operations
• Experience with ERP or similar systems
• Ability to obtain a license to drive a forklift
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Tag and create records for property and assets.
• Receive material and tagged assets.
• Perform reconciliations of property records.
• Provide property reports and logs to internal teams.
• Maintain and dispose of property per regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely closeout of property.
• Conduct physical inventory and property audits.
• Assist with contractor self-assessment activities.
