Job summary

Northrop Grumman, a leader in defense technology, is seeking a Principal or Sr. Principal Property & Asset Management Analyst to join the Advanced Weapons Business Unit in Northridge, CA.

This onsite role supports asset life-cycle management for on-site and subcontractor property, aligning with FAR/DFARS and government requirements. The successful candidate will maintain property records, perform audits, advise management, and help shape policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 3 years in property administration.
• Thorough knowledge of FAR/DFARS relative to property administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of staff.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and analyze asset management activities to ensure compliant property accountability.
• Maintain property records and determine disposition of surplus material.
• Conduct property assessments and advise on contracts and regulations for life-cycle management.
• Develop policies and prepare periodic reports on property matters.
