Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Logistics Management Analyst for the B-2 WSSC PHS&T team at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on managing property, materials, and lifecycle records for government equipment, requiring strong logistics, leadership, and analytical capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external customers, ensure compliance with regulations, and support lifecycle management from sourcing to disposal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional/military logistics experience.
• Experience with government aircraft maintenance and supply processes.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractor sites are managed and controlled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence with an approved Property Business System.
• Supply technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques related to Logistics disciplines to include Product Support, Maintenance/Engineering Processes and LRU repairs.
• Interpret and use engineering source and technical data to assist in the kitting of material and equipment in support of upgrade builds and other internal efforts.
• Establish and maintain complete life cycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the life cycle.
• Maintain proper documentation to support each life‑cycle transactional event, determine asset condition, and lead the proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
• Interfaces with internal functional and program organizations and works closely with external customers.
• Property Management focal point for various programs within IPT.
• Host and lead internal and external Property Business System audits and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life‑cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.
• Adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards.
