Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years property experience or Master’s with 0+ years.
• 6+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Thorough knowledge of the FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Maintains property accountability records and disposal of surplus or obsolete material.
• Conduct internal/external property assessments and analyze results for financial/operational purposes.
• Develops property management policy and prepares periodic reports.
• Communicates effectively and presents technical approaches and findings.
• Develops solutions to complex problems with ingenuity and innovation.
• Supports U.S. Government, customer, and NG audits.
• Advises senior management and customers on policy and objectives.
