Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Property and Asset Management Analyst 2 in Ogden, UT. You will manage records, perform inventories, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS government property regulations.

The role supports the SDS Kitting and Distributions Center and interacts with multiple departments to close out property. Qualifications include a Bachelor's with 2 years of related experience or a Master’s with 0 years; DoD Secret clearance eligibility and experience with ERP systems (SAP/S4 HANA)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years related experience; Master's with 0 years.
• Four additional years of experience may be substituted for degree.
• Experience with FAR Government Property Regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with warehouse operations and ERP systems.
• Ability to obtain a forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Tag and record property assets; receive materials.
• Perform reconciliations and physical inventories.
• Prepare reports and maintain disposal of property.
• Coordinate with other NG departments for property closeout.
• Maintain records/logs; interact with internal/external customers; assist audits.
