Job summary

Siloam Mission in Canada is seeking a Property Administrator to oversee centralized rental and tenancy administration across residential properties, including leases, arrears, and occupancy records. You will work with the Manager of Supportive Housing, case workers, caretakers, and facilities to ensure accurate documentation and coordinated operations.

Key duties include coordinating rent payments with EIA and Manitoba Housing, reconciling accounts, preparing notices, and supporting the Finance

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Diploma/degree in accounting, finance, business administration, property management, or related field asset.
• Minimum two years of property or rental administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rent payments and AR with EIA, Manitoba Housing, and other payors.
• Reconcile payments, maintain rent rolls, and report on arrears and occupancy.
• Prepare leases, notices, and tenancy documents with accuracy.
• Support Finance with data entry, recordkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate across departments.
