Job summary

A community-focused nonprofit organization in Seattle is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for residential properties. You'll be responsible for lease-up processes, tenant relations, compliance with housing laws, and maintaining a safe environment. Qualifications

• 1-5 years relevant experience in property management or real estate, familiarity with bookkeeping.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for properties.
• Maintain tenant files and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Respond promptly to tenant complaints and issues.
• Enforce lease provisions and follow through on violations.
• Collect rent and process delinquent payments as required.
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget.
• Provide tours to prospective applicants.
