Job summary

Prospera, a mission-driven nonprofit, seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at the site level, including occupancy, leasing, rent collection and reporting. You will work with Maintenance and Resident Services to ensure compliance with HUD and LIHTC standards, while fostering resident engagement and strong community relations.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in property management, and experience with RealPage or similar software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management.
• 2 years’ experience with property management software; RealPage preferred.
• Familiarity with HUD/LIHTC regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations including occupancy, leasing, marketing and rent collection.
• Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance and reporting.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Resident Services to ensure compliance and resident satisfaction.
• Lead staff, conduct meetings and coordinate with Home Office as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
