Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Property Administrator to provide first-class property management services and support the management team with daily operations for a commercial property.

The role covers accounts payable/receivable, office administration, and tenant relations, with emphasis on accuracy and customer service. Join a collaborative team in a growth-focused environment within Stream’s extensive portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and basic accounting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – input invoices and code to budget.
• Accounts Receivable – review AR and assist with late/default notices.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Support day-to-day operation of assigned portfolio.
• Answer main phone line, greet visitors, and forward messages.
• Enter work orders and maintain insurance certificates.
• Prepare and facilitate service contracts for vendors.
• Schedule move-ins/move-outs and verify insurance.
• Assist in planning tenant events with the management team.
