The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with mapping tools and company software helps optimize routes and schedules across the service territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively coordinate schedules and adjust priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Able to learn and utilize company software including Cargas, P3, and Service Titan.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily propane service work for field technicians, including approximately 10-30 jobs per day.
• Review, schedule, and assign work orders to appropriate field technicians.
• Plan technician schedules based on location, availability, customer needs, and priority.
• Maintain regular communication with field technicians via phone and text.
• Coordinate service dates, times, and appointment details with customers.
• Respond to inbound propane service scheduling inquiries.
