Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians across multiple locations, ensuring efficient propane distribution and strong customer service.

You will use route optimization software, collaborate with District Operations and Customer Experience teams, and serve as the SME for routing infrastructure and reporting dashboards to drive operational metrics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch.
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred; propane experience a plus; supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians.
• Use route optimization software to create efficient routes.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership.
• Provide reporting and dashboards on routing performance and KPIs.
