Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking a Service Coordinator to join a collaborative team focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The role links customers, technicians, and leadership to plan, schedule, and monitor field service work while driving improvements in delivery and performance.

You will coordinate appointments, optimize technician utilization, and communicate proactively with customers to ensure timely completion of installations, repairs, and inspections.

Qualifications

• HSDiploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of industry or customer service experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Experience using scheduling, dispatch, CRM, ERP, or field service management systems preferred.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and communication skills.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor service technician activities.
• Optimize workforce utilization and travel efficiency.
• Maintain forward-looking service schedule and reduce backlog.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and ensure readiness.
• Serve as primary contact for service inquiries and concerns.
• Communicate proactively and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Create and update work orders, records, and documentation.
• Monitor work order progress and ensure timely completion.
• Track service performance metrics and commitments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
