Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to oversee daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians across supported locations to ensure efficient propane distribution and optimal use of field resources.

The role will leverage route optimization software and collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to design routes that meet metrics while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in operations analysis, routing, logistics, scheduling, and/or dispatch.
• Multi-location routing experience; Propane experience a plus; Supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians.
• Leverage route optimization software and collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership.
• Create efficient routes and schedules that meet/exceed operational metrics while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Serve as SME for routing infrastructure, scheduling optimization, field utilization, and related dashboards/reports.
