Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a fast and accurate Dispatcher to handle daily scheduling, routing, and coordination of deliveries and service calls. This role serves as the communication hub between customers, drivers, and internal departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. The position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a busy season.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily delivery and service schedules for propane drivers.

• Track progress and adjust routes based on emergencies or weather.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service calls, and billing.
• Support drivers with route changes and customer updates.
