Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos seeks a Promotions Coordinator to assist the Exec Director of Marketing & Sales in developing, coordinating, and implementing company promotional programs. Support the marketing staff for events, special promotions, and entertainment initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to handle scheduling, memos, and promotional data while maintaining confidentiality within casino operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Marketing or five years casino marketing experience preferred.
• Marketing, promotions/events, or customer service experience required. Casino experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Exec Director of Marketing & Sales with day-to-day activities and prepare materials.
• Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Maintain scheduling records, payroll, and promotional event logs.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotions and tournaments.
• Coordinate with departments on promotional materials and budgets.
• Maintain confidentiality of casino operations and patron data.
