Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in promotions, special events or public relations required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must present a well groomed appearance.
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee conception to completion of property events, from large to small events and charitable initiatives.
• Facilitate entertainment contracts/payments, media calendars, event worksheets, and website event listings.
• Assist in formulating theme, format and budget specifications for promotions.
• Execute promotions inside casino hotel and assist patrons participating in promotions.
• Monitor expenses against budget and report variances to Promotions Manager.
• Disseminate event information to impacted operating departments and coordinate with them.
• Prepare and maintain reports on budget and expenditures.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of files, records and lists.
• Establish strong working relationships with operating departments.
