Job summary

iHeartMedia in Greenville, SC is seeking a part-time Promotions & Events team member to support planning and execution of local events and promotions. You will coordinate logistics, collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing, and serve as on-site lead to ensure engaging brand experiences.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and familiarity with MS Office and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing local events and promotions aligned with station branding and client goals.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways, and tech needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to develop integrated campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
• Serve as on-site lead during events, ensuring smooth execution with professionalism and energy.
• Engage with listeners and clients to create memorable brand experiences and collect feedback.
• Maintain promotional inventory and prep materials for events; support digital/social efforts.
