Job summary

iHeartMedia Pembroke Pines is seeking an event promotions assistant to support local events and campaigns. This part-time, hourly role involves coordinating venues, logistics, and on-site execution to reinforce station branding and client objectives.

You will work with Sales, Programming, and Marketing, manage inventory, capture event content for social media, and report on attendance and engagement. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of local events and promotions.
• Coordinate logistics for venues, staffing, signage, and tech needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing on campaigns.
• Serve as on-site lead during events.
• Engage with listeners and clients to promote brand interactions.
• Maintain promotional inventory and prep materials.
• Capture content for digital and social media; report event performance.
