You will coordinate logistics, work with Sales, Programming, and Marketing, and be on-site during events to ensure seamless experiences and strong audience engagement.

Great organizational skills, flexibility, and a valid driver's license are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of local events and promotions.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways, and tech needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to develop campaigns.
• Serve as on-site lead during events.
• Engage with listeners and clients to create brand interactions.
• Maintain promotional inventory and prep materials.
• Support digital and social media efforts by capturing content.
• Track and report event performance.
