Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience in casino or hospitality.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills.
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must follow Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe policies.
• Team-oriented and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Stay hands-on during giveaways by prepping boxes and gift distribution.
• Check in guests for giveaways, drawings, tournaments, SVIP shopping.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person.
• Organize giveaway areas to be clean and guest-ready.
• Keep promotions office and storage areas organized.
• Share event details with team members via Promo FYIs.
• Request and return gifts accurately and on time.
• Communicate important information clearly to guests.
• Track and handle all promotional items.
• Complete shift reports with event details and guest counts.
• Document giveaway activity and guest feedback during events.
