Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood seeks a promotions coordinator to assist in developing and implementing themed promotions. You will manage event logistics, supervise supply needs, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution of promotion activities.

Ideal candidates have strong guest relations experience, public speaking skills, and a background in event management, plus proficiency with MS Office applications including Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• College degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Event Management preferred.
• Strong guest relations experience of at least two years required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development, planning and implementation of promotions.
• Executes promotions inside casino hotel, assisting patrons participating in promotions.
• Establishes reports and systems to monitor actual expenses compared to budget and take necessary action to meet budget guidelines.
• Interfaces with operating departments to ensure timely coordination of all events.
• Executes budgets for individual promotions, records expenditures, charts budget variances.
