Job summary

AlphaGraphics Carmel is seeking an experienced outside sales representative to grow our promotional products business while supporting print and signage offerings. This is a salaried position with a $42,000 base and uncapped commission, focusing on developing new client relationships across Hamilton, Marion, and Boone counties.

You will travel within the territory, present proposals, build a sales pipeline, and collaborate with design and production teams to deliver on time and on brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outside sales experience; promotional products, print, or signage preferred.
• Proven track record in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily in the territory.
• Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and general business technology.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business in Hamilton, Marion, and Boone counties.
• Generate leads via in-person visits, cold calling, networking, referrals.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
• Conduct client needs assessments and recommend promotional mix.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and samples.
• Partner with design and production to deliver on time, on brand, and on budget.
• Maintain relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Represent AlphaGraphics Carmel at local networking events and trade shows.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
