AlphaGraphics Mesa on Baseline is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to lead local B2B sales for printing and signage. You will hunt for new accounts, conduct on-site consultations, and tailor visual solutions to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales history.
• Experience in outside business development.
• Strong consultative selling to interpret client specs.
• Self-motivated with negotiation and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily local travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through cold-calling, networking, and door-to-door canvassing.
• Own your territory by identifying and securing new high-value B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and scope projects.
• Measure site specs accurately for custom signage and wide-format displays.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch and quoting to closing.
• Collaborate with production to ensure accurate project estimates and delivery.
• Nurture relationships to build a robust pipeline of long-term, repeat business.
