AlphaGraphics Mesa on Baseline is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this field-based role, you will hunt for new B2B business and deliver consultative visual solutions for local organizations.

You will prospect daily, own your territory, conduct on-site consultations, measure site specs, manage the full sales cycle from quote to close, and collaborate with production to ensure accurate estimates and timely delivery, building a robust pipeline of repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales history.
• Outside sales experience in local markets.
• Strong consultative selling and client needs analysis.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through cold-calling, networking, and door-to-door canvassing.
• Own your territory by identifying and securing new high-value B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and scope projects.
• Measure site specs accurately for custom signage and wide-format displays.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch and quoting to closing.
• Collaborate with production to ensure accurate project estimates and delivery.
• Nurture relationships to build a robust pipeline of long-term, repeat business.
