Job summary

Mars, Incorporated is seeking a SRM Promo Effectiveness Manager (Finance) in Chicago, hybrid workstyle. You will partner with Sales, CBU, Revenue, Strategy & Operations to optimize trade investments and improve ROI.

The role requires strong analytical skills with a focus on TPM tools, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork. Responsibilities include ROI analysis at the event level, maintaining TP reporting, and enabling informed promotional decisions across channels and brands.

Qualifications

• Analytical background in FMCG/consumer products is required.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication of outputs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Leadership and SRM Director of Trade & Promo to meet annual growth and budgets through ROI analysis.
• Improve TP investments monitoring, transparency, and ROI productivity across the organization.
• Collaborate with KAM/KA Analysts to strengthen pre/post event evaluations and ensure funds management and demand planning data quality.
• Own the creation and analysis of trade promotional reporting for CBU/brands and channels.
