Job summary

Mars in Chicago, IL is seeking an SRM Promo Effectiveness Manager to partner with Sales and the local center of excellence for trade investment. You will help deliver profitable category growth by evaluating and optimizing promotional portfolios with Marketing, CBU and Revenue teams.

The role focuses on creating compelling trade promotional strategies, improving ROI, and developing robust analytics and reporting for SRM, Sales and CBU Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in FMCG/consumer products with an analytical background.
• Ability to analyze and model complex data sets and create analysis tools (Excel, databases).
• Understanding of commercial P&L from RRP to NSV and impact of investments.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales leadership and KAMs to meet annual growth within trade promo budgets.
• Improve management, transparency and ROI productivity of TP investments.
• Partner with KAM/KA Analysts to strengthen pre/post event evaluations and ensure timely TPM data.
