Pineapple is seeking a Projects & Operations Coordinator in Sterling Heights, MI to oversee special projects, installs, and related operations. You will manage remote or on-site projects, coordinate contractors, and assist warehouse and admin tasks within a team that values initiative and collaboration.

The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and travels as needed across the North American region to support client sites and installations.

Qualifications

• Background in operations and project administration across warehouse, admin and project management.
• Forklift experience and OSHA knowledge are a big plus but not essential.
• Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• People focused with exceptional customer service.
• Willing to travel across North America and lift/move heavy items when needed.
• Strong multi-tasking and deadline management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead special projects, installation jobs, and white glove services on-site or remotely.
• Travel occasionally for site surveys to ensure site readiness.
• Coordinate third party contractors to meet Pineapple's service levels.
• Track costs and ensure projects stay within margins; document completion and sign-off.
• Perform furniture repairs and special install requests as needed.
• Provide quotes for installation projects and upholstery with sales team.
• Support warehouse duties, including goods in/out and light lifting.
• Assist with logistics and handle general customer inquiries.
• Data entry for proper record keeping and cost management.
• Be the go-to person within the operations team for ad hoc tasks.
