Job summary

Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major installation projects for diverse customer segments, including strategic accounts.

You will manage domestic and international installations, oversee schedules, and coordinate with customers, sales, engineering, and operations to meet objectives and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years' experience managing complex projects across technical or operational domains.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors, field installation teams, and cross-functional project teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex installation projects domestically and internationally from initiation to customer sign-off.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, program managers, project managers, sales, engineering, operations, and field installation teams.
• Develop strong customer relationships while ensuring objectives, schedules, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
• Verify compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, policies, and safety standards.
• Create and maintain installation schedules aligning customer requirements with internal and external resources.
• Drive safety, quality, and accountability throughout installation activities.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and manage third-party installation partners with performance expectations.
• Provide leadership for strategic customer projects and enterprise accounts.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and excellent customer service.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism in communications.
