Pineapple is hiring a Projects & Operations Coordinator in Sterling Heights, MI. This role supports the operations team with project management, installations, and warehouse duties, with travel across North America as needed.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and capable of coordinating multiple projects while maintaining strong customer service and communication. Office-based role with occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Background in operations and project administration, preferably in logistics.
• Forklift experience and OSHA knowledge are a plus.
• Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift and move heavy items in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to travel across North America to oversee or perform work on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee special projects, installation jobs, and white-glove services on-site or remotely.
• Travel for site surveys and install readiness checks.
• Coordinate third-party contractors to meet service levels and company standards.
• Maintain project cost reports to ensure margins and proper documentation.
