Responsibilities

• Communicate with manufacturers and vendors regarding pricing, orders, product availability, lead times, shipping and delivery requirements.
• Monitor upcoming deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding approvals, documents, materials and action items.
• Participate in internal project meetings and provide status updates as requested.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, architects, manufacturers and internal team members.
• Assist with installation scheduling and coordination between field personnel and project stakeholders.
• Help identify potential scheduling, documentation or material issues and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate project manager.
