Qualifications

• Experience as a Timekeeper or payroll administrator.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and occasional shift work.
• Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Labor Relations to ensure timely payroll data entry for craft professionals.
• Enter and maintain employee data, including hires, terminations, and rate changes.
• Support onboarding for new project hires, including site badgeing.
• Verify daily attendance via eTrack and reconcile time records for craft staff.
• Maintain badges and time clocks; process replacement badges as needed.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly reports and timesheet metrics.
• Distribute weekly payroll checks and direct deposit notices.
• Process time-off requests and daily call-ins for craft employees.
• Maintain craft employee files and retention records.
• Provide payroll-related customer service and support to craft professionals.
