Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Superintendent to lead heavy civil construction projects. You will oversee safety, schedule, budget, and coordination with consultants, customers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

We value 5–7 years of experience in infrastructure work, strong leadership and communication, a degree in construction management or related field, and proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and adjust plans as needed.
• Oversee work planning, machinery, personnel, road closures, and updates.
• Review schedules, address delays, and ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor budget and production; provide cost-control solutions.
• Collaborate with team; share solutions and monitor resources.
• Interact with consultants, customers, and subcontractors professionally.
• Enforce safety, quality, and company policies within the team.
• Supervise hiring, training, development, appraisal, and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations.
• Monitor equipment utilization and procure materials/tools.
• Provide insights to Project Managers on schedule changes and resources.
• Plan and organize crew member activities.
