Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Traffic Superintendent to lead traffic control on heavy civil projects. You will direct traffic, supervise crews, and uphold safety standards on site.

You will coordinate with engineers and operations, communicate in English and Spanish, and ensure work stays on schedule and within budget. 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of experience in heavy civil construction
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Move through a construction site with ladders, inclines and heavy equipment
• Strong safety culture and ability to advocate for zero incidents

Responsabilidades

• Direct traffic using signs or devices.
• Assemble, position, and maintain traffic control devices.
• Communicate with the public in English and Spanish.
• Lead teamwork to achieve departmental goals.
• Provide leadership through example and knowledge sharing.
• Other duties as assigned.
