Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented logistics/documentation coordinator in Arizona to oversee project submittals through closure. You will set up and file job records, track orders, and ensure timely shipment by coordinating with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive documentation, releasing orders for shipment after written customer release, and expediting materials to meet deadlines while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related experience and pre-employment assessments.
• Background checks including driving record, criminal and references.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects from initiating the submittal process through job closure.
• Set up each job file according to established standards and file all documentation.
• Maintain active job files with POs, sales orders, vendor orders, specs and schedules.
• Release projects for shipment with vendors after customer release is received.
• Expedite materials to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors and provide excellent service.
