Job summary

You will provide customer service by phone, email, and will-call, communicate needs across drivers, sales and operations, and maintain scheduling data with tickets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Solid customer service background.
• Experience answering a high volume of calls from Drivers, Customers, and Sales Team.
• Logistics or transportation experience.
• 2+ years of basic computer skills, with ability to be trained on company software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive outgoing attitude.
• Self-motivated, goal-orientated, excellent work habits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating production items to several departments.
• Enter dates and quantities in DPS system.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating job site deliveries and production order flow.
• Ensure safe and on-time pickup and delivery.
• Distribute and slot tickets as required.
• Provide customer service and support via phone, email, and will-call.
• Communicate customer service needs with drivers, sales, and operations.
• Update scheduling database with ticket details.
