Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or order management.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort with detail-heavy workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partner contacts and internal teams.
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion handling confidential business information; wholesale/retail partner familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase order intake and acknowledgment and log orders.
• Support order changes including quantity and ship-date adjustments.
• Coordinate ship windows and provide shipping updates and tracking details.
• Identify fulfillment risks and collaborate on solutions.
• Create and maintain SKU packets, pricing sheets, partner forms, and version control.
• Coordinate product content updates with Marketing and confirm partner implementation.
• Maintain account price lists and promotional calendars; support promotional execution.
• Conduct MAP checks, document issues, escalate violations, and track resolution.
• Collect inventory checks, sell-through data, rebates, and account reporting inputs.
• Support account reconciliation with accurate files and timely documentation.
• Coordinate RMA/returns workflows including intake, approvals, replacements, and status updates.
• Manage sample/dummy/display unit logistics with shipping, tracking, and records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations/Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance.
