• Ensure checklist steps are completed and recorded in the corporate ERP system.
• Efficiently start contracted repair loops for customers.
• Extract information from SAP into MS Word/Excel.
• Navigate SAP t-codes and support basic problem solving.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project completion.
