AtkinsRéalis in New York, NY is seeking a Project Services Analyst Intern to support schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics. You will help with forecasting, cost analysis, procurement, and contract administration while gaining hands-on experience on real projects.

The program emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and exposure to a global engineering network, with opportunities to contribute to client site activities and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 60 hours towards an engineering degree from an accredited college/university by the start of the internship.
• No experience required if accepted into an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.
• Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.

Responsabilités

• Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics.
• Assist with cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, and financial tracking activities.
• Assist with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain project records and databases, validate project information, prepare reports and analyses, and support project communication and decision-making.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst Intern to join our New York, NY office. Your Role Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully. estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities. Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring. Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making. Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

EXPERIENCE: No experience is generally required if accepted into an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field. EDUCATION: Must have completed 60 hours towards an engineering degree from a related field from an accredited college/university by the start of the internship (Summer 2027). SPECIAL SKILLS: Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.

Additional Information

Expected compensation range is between $25 - $31 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
