AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Environmental Planning Intern – Spring 2027 to join our Tampa, FL office.
Your Role Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, planning memos, and client deliverables. Visits project sites and gathers data. Analyzes social, cultural, physical and environmental impact of projects. Provides written and graphic input for technical memos, feasibility studies, environmental reports and project status reports. Coordinates graphic exhibit preparation and/or other portions of a planning project. Coordinates technical work requirements with internal disciplines. Provides support at public meetings. Participate in team meetings and collaborate on project tasks, both independently and in group settings. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and industry best practices. Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
Experience: No experience is generally required if accepted into a Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.
Education: Must have completed 30 hours towards a Planning degree from an accredited college/university by the start of the internship (Spring 2027).
