Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management and scheduling tools, including task sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and resource requirements
• Monitor project performance and schedule health, identifying potential delays, variances, and emerging issues
• Analyze schedule impacts and develop corrective actions and recovery strategies with project teams
• Identify and manage critical path activities, schedule risks, constraints, and interdependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to track deliverables, resolve issues, and complete action items on time
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and high-level program schedules
• Prepare schedule reports and briefings covering progress, risks, milestones, and areas requiring attention
• Facilitate schedule and planning meetings with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Communicate schedule changes and project status to stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project scheduling processes, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen


• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance


• 5 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 3 years with a Masters; 9 years of experience can be accepted without a degree


• Experience must include project planning, scheduling, and other related duties


• Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules


• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software


• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling principles, and industry best practices


• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
