Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Industry experience in Data Center, Semi-Conductor Fab, and Technology is preferred.
• Experience supporting planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, monitoring, and analysis.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems using data-driven approaches.
• Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, and startup processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing project needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define inputs and alignment.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule.
• Monitor schedule performance, progress, and productivity against baseline plans.
• Identify critical path activities, schedule variances, and potential delays.
• Perform schedule impact analysis and support mitigation or recovery plans.
• Prepare and update short-term lookahead schedules (3-week or rolling).
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports and progress updates.
• Validate schedule data, logic, and compliance with procedures and standards.
• Participate in schedule reviews and communicate status, risks, and issues.
