Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules for complex projects. You will drive schedule baselines, monitor progress, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires 3–5 years of scheduling expertise, strong Primavera P6 skills, and a track record in construction or EPC environments. Hybrid work arrangement with partial remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Utilities and/or EPC project experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Primavera P6 Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and establish approved schedule baselines.
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple project departments and disciplines.
• Communicate project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to all relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities and milestones.
• Perform regular schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
• Develop/ Maintain schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports to communicate project status and trends.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, and work with project teams to develop recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions to maintain schedule alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules
• Experience in utilities and/or EPC projects strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule controls.

Work Location

• Preference will be given to local candidates.
• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in person and 2 days remote per week.
