Job summary

Lumicity is seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler to support planning and execution of large-scale capital and R&D projects in the United States. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, analyze performance, and provide critical insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include managing baselines, critical paths, milestones, and dependencies; tracking progress; forecasting timelines; and supporting EVMS and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 experience.
• Experience managing complex project schedules and critical paths.

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, analyzing schedule performance, and providing critical insights to project leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Manage baseline schedules, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and schedule logic.
• Track project progress and analyze schedule variances, delays, and trends.
• Perform schedule forecasting and identify potential impacts to project timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, construction, and operations teams.
• Support earned value management (EVMS) and schedule performance reporting.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop recovery schedules when necessary.
• Provide scheduling reports and actionable insights to project leadership.
• Support change management and ensure schedule changes are accurately incorporated.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 experience.
• Experience developing and managing complex project schedules.
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule logic, and schedule forecasting.
• Experience with project controls, earned value, or cost-loaded schedules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. person and able to obtain and maintain an NRC/DOE Q-level clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale CAPEX, energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with EVMS, schedule risk analysis, and cost forecasting.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and advanced Excel.
• Experience in the nuclear or energy industry.
• PMI, AACE, or other relevant project controls certification.
